These modules are designed to provide examples and opportunities for exposing students to codes and standards in the context of teaching traditional legal concepts. The five course modules are:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pennreg.org\/codes-standards\/introduction-to-codes-and-standards\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"19\">Introduction to voluntary codes and standards<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pennreg.org\/codes-standards\/standard-essential-patents\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"25\">Standard essential patents<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pennreg.org\/codes-standards\/incorporation-by-reference\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"26\">Incorporation by reference<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pennreg.org\/codes-standards\/risk-regulation\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"27\">Risk regulation<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pennreg.org\/codes-standards\/federal-preemption\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"28\">Federal preemption<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Each course module includes a teaching guide, which features a topic overview, readings, and discussion questions, plus PowerPoint slides.
