The Penn Program Regulation co-sponsors the Law and Governance discussion series, focusing on exciting new research in the field of public law. The series is organized and hosted by Neysun Mahboubi, Director of the Penn Project on the Future of U.S.-China Relations at the University of Pennsylvania and PPR Research Affiliate. Initially, the series consisted of live, audio-only discussions recorded on the Clubhouse app, before moving to the platform of Twitter Spaces. The series recently started featuring video conversations. Information about past discussions, as well as their recordings, are available below.
In addition to discussions of new scholarship, the series also features periodic conversations around hot topics in public law.
Follow Law and Governance on Twitter for the latest information about upcoming discussions.
