The Penn Program on Regulation (PPR) offers a highly successful executive education program on Regulatory Analysis and Decision-Making. This open-enrollment certificate program, coordinated through the Legal Education Programs office at Penn Law, covers topics in regulatory design, implementation, enforcement, and evaluation.
