The Regulatory Review is the Penn Program on Regulation’s daily online publication. It provides accessible coverage of regulatory policymaking and enforcement issues, across a full range of regulatory topics and from a variety of perspectives. Launched in 2009, The Regulatory Review attracts readers from over 185 countries, delivering incisive and timely analysis by leading academics and regulatory practitioners, as well as by members of The Review’s student editorial team. Its many contributors from around the world have included U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren (D) and Orrin Hatch (R), Chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisors Jason Furman, U.S. District Court Judge Jed Rakoff, U.S. Appeals Court Judge Robert Katzmann, and former White House regulatory administrators Susan Dudley, Sally Katzen, and Cass Sunstein.
